Jean-Marc Abelous, an individual entrepreneur trading as Able House & Partners, is responsible for processing requests addressed to the practice. For personal-data enquiries, contact jeanmarc.abelous@ablehouse.co.
Depending on the form or message, we collect your email address, professional contact details, role, company and the information you choose to provide about your project. The Signal+ form requests a professional email, your main challenge and your profile or role. Required fields are needed to process the request; without them, the form cannot be submitted. Please avoid sharing sensitive data or confidential information about third parties.
Information is accessible to those handling your request and, depending on the service used, our technical providers: Dorik for website hosting and operation, Brevo for forms, contacts and appointment booking, and Google for audience measurement and the form-protection tools present on the website. Contact details are not sold.
Dorik states that it uses infrastructure in the United States and provides international-transfer mechanisms in its data processing agreement, including European Standard Contractual Clauses. Depending on the services and subprocessors used, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. This policy therefore does not guarantee exclusively European storage for all data.
See Dorik’s data processing agreement and information about Brevo’s data processing agreement. Contact the practice for information or a copy of the safeguards applicable to your request.
Contact exchanges and documentation requests are retained while being handled and for the associated professional follow-up; continued retention is reviewed when the request closes. Data used for prospecting is limited to three years from collection or the last contact initiated by the person, unless they object earlier. A new message sent by the practice does not by itself extend this period.
Engagement data is retained during the contractual relationship. Records needed for legal obligations or the defence of rights are subsequently archived with restricted access for the periods applicable to those purposes. Cookie choices are retained for 180 days. Analytics-cookie settings are detailed in the cookie policy.
The website uses Google Consent Mode with analytics storage denied by default. Loading GA4 may transmit technical signals without cookies even when storage is denied. We do not describe all such processing as fully anonymous. The conversion-intent events added by the website depend on acceptance of analytics; they do not include answers entered into forms.
Read the cookie policy. You can reopen preferences at any time using the dedicated button.
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest and, at any time, to direct marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting previous processing. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met.
Send requests to jeanmarc.abelous@ablehouse.co. Where there is reasonable doubt, we may request only the information needed to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Protection and access measures are adapted to the data and services used. No Internet transmission can be guaranteed risk-free. This policy is updated when uses or providers change.
